Brake Shoes

Our range of brake shoes is produced and controlled to the highest quality.

Our steel fabricated shoes are manufactured using materials that conform to both German specifications, DIN St52-3 (for the web material) and DIN Fe360B (for the table material).

Welds are Carbon Dioxide Gas Arc Welding to guarantee strength with no cracks or weakened welds to ensure no distortion of the shoe webs.

The Cam and anchor are induction hardened up to HRC35-45 for long-term durability and life.

The platform is produced to ensure there is no distortion, providing optimum lining security and geometric operation which helps to reduce brake noise.

Some brake shoes are available with ECE R90 approved linings fitted.

We also have a range of Lined Brake Shoe Kits.

These kits consist of ECE R90 approved Lined Brake Shoes, Roller, Springs and fixings.
